Information about our Special Workshop
January 9th-13th, 2012 - Zürs, Austria

We offer a combination of an intensive week of “Ultrasonography in Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine” and skiing in one of the most famous ski regions in the world.

Zürs is a small village in the ski resort Arlberg. The first skiing course took place in Zürs in 1906, and at that time nobody could anticipate that this was the beginning of a world wide sport and philosophy. Hannes Schneider and other great pioneers were responsible for the worldwide popularity of skiing and Zürs.

The Hotel Arlberghaus**** was opened in 1931, and since that year it is inspired by familiarity and hospitality. Thomas Eggler runs the hotel in the third generation.

The combination to participate at a workshop from those who are pioneers in “Ultrasound in Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine” performed at the place of the pioneers of skiing is now offered for the second time.

This price is € 2.400,- and includes:

• 5 days workshop fee (January 9th-13th)
• 7 nights (January 7th-14th) in the Hotel Arlberghaus **** incl.
  halfboard (breakfast, dinner) Additional charge for 2nd person in
  a double bed room: € 95,- /night halfboard
• 6 days ski ticket for the entire Arlberg region
• Transfer from Zürich Airport with Arlberg Express or from Innsbruck Airport with the hotel bus (please contact the hotel about booking of the optimal transfer)
• Maximum number of participants: 12
• Taxes
• Optional at extra cost: ski rental, skiing instructor, helicopter skiing, toboggan, wine tasting etc. (direct booking in the hotel)
